I am not sure what the weather is like where you live, but auto start does not seem to work in colder temperatures.Lots of short trips, followed by the car sitting over night in cold temps will push the battery into deep sleep.

The price on an extended warranty can be negotiated when at that point in the transaction with dealership. I have been able to do that a few times. I don't really see the point of extended maintenance. Never comes out cheaper in the long run.

I did a quick web check... "broken or leaking catalytic converter " could cause that type of smell. In cold weather you can see exhaust leaks very clearly. Anyway, something to look into.

Same thing here at -25 to -35 C. I am not noticing the sulfur smell.

Ford has a very clear step by step protocol that a technician would have to follow if they feel a tune has caused damage to an engine. This is well documented in the Focus RS forums. Ford will always cover their corporate ass.

I will have to check mine now. Not sure what could cause that......Sudden change in temp or dropped while car was being built?

I think you have the best possible winter tires one can buy. Coud be the difference between sliding past a stop sign or stopping safely.

Ford Proformance builds the enthusiasm for the brand. Unfortunately, the sales department uses that enthusiasm to extract the most amount of money out of us. Either on new cars sales, trade-ins or at the parts desk.

Most dealers have zero clue about the aftermarket. You have to bring supporting documentation and part # to help the process.

Ford put out a tune as they said they would. True to their word. Ford never once said how much HP the tune would have. If you want to keep the warranty no questions asked, then this is the one to go with.

Mine too. Also a 22 and that area is clean.

That is the Field service extending the warranty on the bolt in case it breaks.

So I looked at the Ford Canada site....a $100 option. Easily over looked when checking all the boxes.

The marketing behind the panel was one side was easy to spray off if covered in mud from shoes. Then it could switched back to the felt side.

It has been removed. My salesman help me out and we switched the one from a 2020 rental on the lot.
