I tried to figure out the turn signal bump frequency today, Changing it from 3 flashes to 4, but I couldn't find anything for the 2022 ST on any spread sheet

So I talked to them today about scheduling it and they admitted they had no clue what mod I was talking about. Have to get back to me with another quote because the guy in parts has zero clue that FP tune I'm talking about. Argued with me that no such part exists

Also, I read in the description that it only preserves the warranty if a Ford technician or Red Sealed Tech or whatever installs it. Do y’all just not care/out of warranty? Or is it just bs. Also, I have bumper to bumper extended warranty up to 100,000 miles, but the warranty for the flash says...
