    2026 Ford Explorer Tremor

LOBO is made for the Spanish market so you won't see a LOBO here.

    2026 Ford Explorer Tremor

I have wanted to add tow hooks to my 25' ST since I bought it. I would be interested to see if the lower front facia insert and the tow hooks that go through it, would be transferable over to a 25" ST. Paint the lower inset black and either make the tow hooks black or paint them the body color...

    New 2025 Ford Explorer ST

To each is their own and I don't have any issue how you or anyone else changes their oil. But, you are also adding LOTS drama and exagerations to the underside oil change process from your post. I don't know what a clipped oil plug is, it takes no tools at all to remove or reinstall the drain...

    New 2025 Ford Explorer ST

I've never done an oil extraction. For me, I never saw a need to do it that way. Anyway, I'd be curious to pull the drain plug after an extraction to see how much oil comes out to see if the extraction method gets as much out as just pulling the drain plug.

    When it Rains it pours..

Most of the cost is labor. Seems to always be that way. Parts are pennies of cost compared to labor cost.

Disable Auto Start/Stop on 2025 Explorer ST

I litterally just went through this exact same scenario with ASE & my 25' ST a couple of weeks ago. After the battery disconnect for probabubly an hour, all was fine again after that with the ASE.

    Towing with my 2020

I have AirL I have AirLift helper airbags and a Traxda lift. It took all the sag of the back end out and I have around 400 lbs. of tongue weight. I don't care for tow mode in heavy hilly or mountain roads. With the GCWR I deal with, there is no benefit to tow mode. All it does is over-rev the...

    Towing with my 2020

I tow a tandem axle, ATV trailer that is usually at or near the max towing capacity. I did this with my previous 22' ST and now with my 25' ST. All has been good as long as my trailer brakes are working well and I had a brake controller. I recently took a trip from my home state of Michigan to...

    Towing with my 2020

Does your camper have electric brakes and do you have a brake controller in your ST? If your camper does have electric brakes and you do not have a controller in your ST, you need to get one.

81 days at dealer for our 21 ExpST... Well crap, it needs to go back.

What in the F' is wrong with that dealership (and your vehicle). The entire situation you are having to deal with is infuriating..

    Differential Brace & Warranty

The point of a diff. brace on the affected Explorers is to prevent failure in the first place. If you are worried, you could either get permission from your dealer or remove it if something happens since they are easy bolt-on items. I put mine on my 25' within a day or two of buying the vehicle...

Hood emblem. 1 year after purchase. Quality is #1 ???

On my 25' ST so far - 1) The side mirrors and the decklid will not remain in manual mode and automatically change back to auto-mode even when the infotainment display icons show they are in manual. I took it in for these issues in September or October of last year. The dealer tested a new one...

Hood emblem. 1 year after purchase. Quality is #1 ???

I've written about this in another thread on this forum about this exact topic. I can't remember which thread it was in. I was one of the Sr. Project & Program Managers at the company that produces the EXPLORER hood lettering badges for Ford. It is extremely difficult to keep the letters...

    Windshield washer tank leaking

My 25' loses washer fluid also and I've noticed it before reading this thread. I'm fortunate that I work from home and it doesn't get many miles on it at all. I'm at 4K miles and I got it last July. If it weren't for a couple of vacation trips with it, it would maybe have 2K miles on it. I...

    JXB bushing insert

I have the single bolt set-up in my 25' ST. I upgraded to the grade 12.9 replacement bolt, I added a AWR diff brace, the JXB insert and also Steeda rear subframe bushing supports. I have no NVH or ill effect from any of it. I did all of this because I tow at, or near, the maximum GVWR when I...

    Weep Hole Plugs

The doors need to be able to drain and ventilate or you will really see issues. The plastic covers are to prevent bugs and larger debris to gut up in there. It doesn't 100% prevent dirt or mud from accumulating. If you're aware enough, these are a service area by keeping them clean and flushed out.

    Weep Hole Plugs

You answered your own question. They are weep / drainage holes for any condensation or water from inside the door. They could deffinately be made better, I've popped plenty off while cleaning and they bend and break easily.

    2025 ST Brake Controller Connector

Its up under the dash towards the right. It has a grey fake connector on the end. It is also attached by a plastic attachment "christmas tree" if I remember correctly. I didn't have to remove anything to get to it. Its just a pain in thew ass to find it!
