I would recommend deleting phone from Bluetooth may free up some more space to do master reset. Or you need a new APIM.

A lot of car companies, not just Ford, have had the fake engine noise for years. My 2.0 liter Ecoboost 4 cylinder in my 2013 MKZ had this too and it was louder in sport mode as well. And now with EV's it's even more common than before. I believe BMW was doing it before Ford started 10 plus years...

I still hear it in other modes it's just louder in Sport Mode. When I accelerate fast in normal mode it's definitely a fake sound.

I'm waiting til Ford releases 23188. I've already been a guinea pig once and won't be again. New APIM hardware is Ford dealer's fix and only a matter of time that the current software clogs it up again. So I'm waiting...

Welcome to the Sync3.4 22251 adventure! I've experienced this for several months. There is no fix other than resets and master resets, new APIM or installing old software. The new software is not officially released, which allegedly fixes all the memory and settings issues.

Lucky you! I had problems starting in the first year so I bought an ESP before the end of the 3 year warranty. Now it's been 9 months since I bought it and haven't had to use it. The CV axles and 4wd sensor were covered under powertrain so no deductible.

Those with no problems are almost unicorns like 2020 Explorers with no issues over several years. They exist but are not that common.

I'm looking forward to this shangrila LMAO and I will turn off automatic updates and for 3 more years drive the damn thing with this version of Sync 3. Let the next owner deal with future versions.

Lucky you! Mine was built in 11/19 and has no mods and has had a slew of major problems from fuel pump at one year, rear glass, clutch/transmission rebuilt at 25K, catalytic converter, rear camera, half-shaft speed sensor, both CV boots/axles replaced for leaks, drivers seat panel, battery...

Wow a lot of miles and no problems? Is yours a 2020? I have only 42K miles and have had a slew of some major issues. Luckily all were repaired or replaced under warranty at no cost to me!

Powertrain is 5 years, 60K miles.

There's a discussion about this and I believe it comes from the quarter panel window down into the tire compartment. I've not had this but some others have.

I got new tires at about 40K miles and the rough ride of the old Pirellis is gone!

Me too all I did was delete my old phone and add a new one after not driving for 10 days. Then a few soft resets.

Mine started curing itself since last Wednesday. A lot of features returned and memory holds some settings.

It will get clogged up the more you use it. Good luck! I wish I had my slow old version that did everything. The software flaw allows the rwdata folder to not get purged making it run out of necessary memory capacity followed by loss of settings, preferences and features every time you restart...
