    Front grille

Big shout out to those who recommended a leaf blower. I picked up a Milwaukee 550cfm blower and a stubby car wash nozzle. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I didn't even break a sweat. Thanks my dudes!!

    2026 Order banks open!

Can anyone confirm this? They literally added a cell phone tray in the dash for the 25's and the wireless charger works great. I'm really digging mine. It works with large phone cases and holds the phone in place very well.

    Front grille

After owning both a 23 and a 25, I have to say the grill on the 25 is the worst part. I need to get a leaf blower :ROFLMAO:

    New 2025 Ford Explorer ST

You're right, it's not rocket science. But there's a reason why most people will just pay the $100+ to have someone else do it. There is a process that's significantly more than just "pulling the drain plug", otherwise, everyone would do it.

    Lloyds floor mats

I had Lloyds in my 2016 Charger Scat Pack. They are excellent quality floor mats. No problems after 7 years of use. I will definitely consider them if my OEMs go bad

    New 2025 Ford Explorer ST

No offense, but you make it sound trivial "just pulling the drain plug". Pulling the drain plug requires jacking the vehicle and securing with jack stands or using ramps. Removing the underbody panel with tools. Carefully placing a catch pan so you don't spill oil all over the place. Removing...

    New 2025 Ford Explorer ST

FWIW, the extractor shows how many liters you have extracted, it has measurements on the side. You also know how many liters it took to fill it to the recommended fill line on the dip stick. Keep in mind, you're never going to drain everything, even if you pull the plug. There is oil everywhere...

    New 2025 Ford Explorer ST

I'd say you can get 99% of the oil out. The extractor creates suction much like drinking soda through a straw. And when you get to the bottom it makes that same sucking sound like when your cup is empty. You'll want to perform the oil change when the engine is warm so any debris is...

P2C90 Code After Oil Change – Check Your Oil Cap

Good to know. And another reason why I'm the only person who changes the oil on my ST. In the past, I've had "lube techs" skip changing the oil filter and also one time I caught them using cheap oil after I paid for premium synthetic. Also, it's a really good idea to double check the oil level...

Will there be any issues with warranties when installing these items?

2025 Explorer ST "Must Have Mods"

So you just bought a 2025 Explorer ST and you have decided that you need to spend more money on it.:ROFLMAO: What do you buy first? Below are some items that I have personally bought, tested, and found to be worthy of buying during the Explorer honeymoon phase. This is not necessarily a...

    Aftermarket/OEM 2nd Row Window Shades for '25 Job 2

Solved: This is an awesome alternative for around $95.00 that offer more coverage than OEM These shades are are specifically designed for 6th Gen Explorers 20-25. They fit firmly in to the window sills and can be easily installed and removed. They also include a magnet attachment, but mine stay...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Just did the first oil change on my 25 at 650 miles to clear out any break in debris. I used the extraction method and knocked it out in 15 minutes with little effort or mess. Total cost was $47.96 for 6qts of Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w-30 and Ford Motorcraft Filter FL-2062-A.

    New 2025 Ford Explorer ST

The oil change is pretty standard. There is an underbody cover you will need to remove first. The main issue people have is the plastic oil plug is different than you are probably used to on a standard metal oil pan. Why Ford used a plastic pan and plug, we can only guess. I go a different...
