Seems to me all these issues stem from the union hacks that cannot provide quality assembly out there in Chicago. Engineering is top notch but does no good when its half assed slapped together. I feel bad for ford being stuck with the uaw.

Ford has had my st for over 6 weeks and it looks like they cannot fix it. Thoughts?

Try another dealer. Better yet, try another st from your current dealer. Not sure why you would stab it without assurance of a clear lane but.....

I do plan to raise aim on headlights just a bit as I find the high beam a bit low while driving through wooded mountain passes with moose and deer.

Oh there is definitely a difference. I don't mind paying a few extra bucks per fill for 93. Keep the motor in constant state of reduced boost and timing is waste of what you paid for....400hp.

Update. Drivetrain vibe / shutter now verified by service dept. Also test drove a fresh st on lot, ran perfect. I was promised a platinum loaner during repair....awaiting its availability. Personally, I think it's in the transmission.

Negligible vibe while accelerating lightly (low rpm but loading) 20-30mph ish I would say is most notable. Seems to be easier to Id when decelerating between 40 and 30. I use eco mode. Also produces a harmonic sound in conjunction with vibe while doing so (exhaust?). Dealer says it's normal on...

Laughable. They fail to mention oil viscosity at low temps. Gasket and seal failures as well as reduced flow when cold.

Your right the ST is different animal although if it were under 50k I think they'd really move I have a xlt loaner now for about a week. Its bare options with 2.3 4cyl EB and awd. Can be bought for 30k which imo is in line with its competitors. I will say it's a very nice suv and I'm impressed...
