    Ford LED badge.

I think.....um, you should buy it immediately. Christmas is coming up, and your car needs presents too! Who wouldn't jump to buy a $200 light up Ford Emblem that might not fit and would require wiring?

    Rear end damage

Yes, I saw it, and posted about it earlier in the thread. That's why I posted "appropriate".

    Rear end damage

I'm pretty sure one could design an appropriate brace for these "single bolt" subframes that would work fine for a lot less money and effort than replacing the entire subframe. It just needs to be designed to limit the rotation of the diff under torque. Viewed from the side, the differential...

    Rear end damage

That is a great find @jrgoffin ! Points out that there is a good possibility of a supplier issue so they substituted the subframes. So they might have bypassed the engineering dept. to get the cars out.

    Rear end damage

It's all just conjecture. But bear in mind the fragmented production environment of the 2021 models. It is equally likely that the re-engineered version is perfectly fine, but a batch of bolts weren't heat treated correctly causing them to fail. Or that the anecdotal evidence from the people...

    Rear end damage

I don't think Ford purposely cheapened a part to catch "modders" just so they could pay out thousands in warranty claims! When that differential carrier bolt fails, it's a nightmare for the entire driveline from the driveshaft rearward.

    Good clean humor and jokes

    It's a TRAP!!!

    Rear end damage

Well they won't find any relief with that design. I've seen other examples of the FenFab stuff and it's very well done, but I don't think they thought enough about that mount, because the rotation of the differential is in the opposite direction of what that product is designed for.

    Rear end damage

I'm going to assume this is a prototype. If not, my opinion is the slotted holes being used to mount the "brace" to the differential are problematic. Think about the differential's movement under torque- it's going to want to rotate upwards from the driveshaft end and downward from the rear...

    10r80 swap

They (Level 10) advertises a "bulletproof" rebuild for the Bronco for about $5k. I had them a trans for me in the early 2000s which worked well, but if you do enough research, you'll get very different opinions on their rebuilds.

    10r80 swap

Does the PIU even have a 10r80? I don't know. But until your car arrives, you modify it, and you destroy the trans, and you did a LOT more research, You shouldn't be thinking of a swap!

    10r80 swap

Why would you even wish to do this? If you're worried about torque load, you could have Level 10 rebuild your stock unit (should it fail) for probably about the same money to buy a 10r80. Not to mention any possible electronics issues you might encounter with the swap.

Some nice ST porn there! A couple of questions: Is there a dyno sheet to accompany? Just curious as to RPMs. Second, why with upgraded fuel pump and injectors it shows e60 blend vs e85? At those levels are the injectors and HPFP limited? Third, what's the boost level with the e60?

Oh, and just because you're offensive, doesn't mean you're right! (Taken from your "avatar" pic). Ever heard of projection?

@FORZDA3 Jeesh, you started out this thread so well! After alienating nearly everyone when you first joined, this thread was a good comeback. I think you do have good experience to contribute. Now you're messing it up.

I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but "a simple broken pushrod."? It wasn't accompanied by major valve train destruction? I've seen bent pushrods from valve float, and even witnessed a puncture hole in a valve cover caused by the owner attempting to prove he could rev to 8000 rpm, but...
