I just received a letter from Ford today informing me that they will replace the 7 window switches under warranty for up to 10 years/150K miles. I may have one that needs replacing on my 2020.

My thoughts are to stay with the factory wheels and go with something like a Pirelli Scorpion WeatherActive or Toyo Celsius Sport.

Great video. I would try that first and whatever the manual says to do. Next I would try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to see if it resets the window. If all else fails, you may need to remove door panel to see what might be causing it bind up.

I have driven ST's with both wheel sizes and didn't notice a difference. If you are willing to pay the price, go with a higher end 21" tire, such as a Michelin and you may see some improvement.

Market price is closer to $1000, even though new replacement would set you back about $3000.

I like the appearance of these, but question whether or not they would be legal, as you may lose the rear reflectors that are required by law, such that if you have no functional rear lights then the reflectors would still be visible at night when headlights shine on them.

Dealer replaced left side catalytic converter (replaced once before) along with left flex pipe today. Both replaced under warranty at 52K miles. Repair bill was $1700 to Ford.

Same here, and I am probably guilty of following to closely at times. I don't mind the alarm and active braking, just in case.

At 51K miles and dealer has the 2 flex pipes and one catalytic converter on order. Left side cat has already been replaced once. I am hoping this will be the last of the fixes and looking forward to many more years with the ST.

Hit the pedal and you will forget about all those minor annoyances. Be sure to check the air pressure in your tires, many new vehicles come from the factory with overinflated tires, which can bring out sounds in the suspension when hitting bumps and such.

If you call Ford Customer Service they will explain this to you and also they will contact your dealer without hesitation if you let them know the dealer is balking on the loaner. I would say stick out. Let the dealer service dept get you fixed up. And yes, they are required to give you a loaner when your vehicle is in for warranty repairs. Also call Ford Customer Service, they will throw in an ESP usually at no cost when you report several issues to them. I am currently...

On my ST with similar issue the dealer replaced the throttle body at about 20K miles. At 50K miles now and all has been fine since.

Yup, you could have probably gotten a 20' or 21' ST for around the same price and it would have come with more smiles, sorry.

There are plenty of 2023 ST's on dealer lots in my area. Not sure if it would be necessary to order one at this point.
