I had the excess length of the four bolts cut off after the removal of the stock mufflers and before the install of the Borla mufflers. Problem solved.

Mine ended up against the large electrical plug also but there was just enough space to keep the connection from being misaligned. The Coyote would disguise the original hole using Black Gorilla "Hole Relocation Tape" or a decal and then re-drill the hole further to the right.

Seems to me you would want the same shaped lug nut with the cone shaped inner side to keep centered in the hole like the bora nuts but also adding a locking mechanism to the bola styled nut.

Finally found what I was looking for. You had previously posted Borla #400937 resonators. Just ordered a pair from Summit.

So Borla updated their website over the past few months. There used to be a 2.25" straight through resonator starting with a 6 series part number. Now they are listing crate mufflers. Do you remember the part number for the resonators? I assume they were the 2.25" in/out?

If Borla would have sold the mufflers seperately with the black tips or even sold the black tips seperately I would have done that. I did research for months to find a tip I liked but wasn't finding what I wanted which was the Borla look with an acceptable exhaust tone. I like the way the Borla...

That is true one has to add the driver dead load. In the old days one could shave a tenth for every 100 lbs of weight removed. You need to start removing the seats :) So why are you still using a 93 tune instead of an E50 tune?
