I believe you have to drill the upper holes into the frame.

SLD Fenfab Diffy Stiffy New In Box

Decided not to increase the current horsepower on my Explorer ST. Have a new Fenfab Diffy Stiffy in the box. $150 plus shipping (lower 48 states). Paypal "as a friend" preferred method of payment.

Tire options for the ST 21’s

Started out with 10.5x22 +30 wheels and 305/35/22 tires. I found the wide 305 tire followed the road a bit more than I liked and the low profile 35 tire was a bit rough going over pavement cracks. I have since changed to 295/40/22 tires and it does not follow the road at all with the slightly...

    Looking for fuel mileage advice...

ZFG E50 on the highway at 84 mph with 20 mph tailwind is 14.5 mpg with 20 mph head wind it is 13.5 mpg. Around town its in the same range. 295/40/22 Pirelli Asimmetrico. Even stock it was only about 16 mpg mixed driving City/Freeway.

BIG ASS WARNING - EAGLE ONE ALL WHEEL CLEANER

It would clean them ok if you spray it on at the car wash after everything is soaked down with the wash cycle. This first wash allows the wheels to cool off. I do that versus just spraying the wheels first because if you spray the wheels first with wheel cleaner and then find out the car wash is...

Tire options for the ST 21’s

One thing you will have to consider is many tire choices are unavailable or discontinued right now. You can literally watch tire sizes disappear from availability in real time on Tirerack.

Inside joke. It is a cold air intake setup for the explorer ST that has been on pre-order forever and the promise date for its availability has been moved back every month for what seems like forever. Here is the link if your interested at some point. Welcome...

    new guy here

Great if you want elderly people to pull out in front of you when your going 140 mpho_O. I am running a similar setup with Whipple, Thermal, ZFG E50. I still have the Fenfab downpipes, CR Stage 5 Turbos and Nostrum Stage 1 bundle sitting in the box for now.

    Removed features from 2022

I can say I have not had one OEM issue with my current 6/20 built Explorer ST (16,000 miles). Whipple intercooler, fourth revision of exhaust (OEM, Borla S, Magnaflow, Thermal) and ZFG E50 tune. Knock on wood.

Looks like some kind of expanded foam. Have you been past Area 51 lately :censored:?

    Rear end damage

I have the brake light flasher module for extra flashes but haven't installed it yet. Kind of like a home security system that's still in the box. Lazy !!

    Rear end damage

I would say the color of your ST blends in too well with the surroundings. Gray cars have higher accident rates because of this. A couple weeks ago I was at my Ford dealers lot and they have a rear entrance to the lot that has a narrow single lane automatic gate. There are cars parked everywhere...
