    Hate my 3" thermal exhaust

My suggestion is to drop this conversation. It has turned into a pissing match to see who can pee farther. And whatever you do don't start a poll about it. [cheers]

    Hate my 3" thermal exhaust

Plus one on that Tmac. My question I was looking for info on an Explorer ST as that is what I have. Not a Subaru. So to me that was a long winded post with zero value.

    Hate my 3" thermal exhaust

@mcglsr2 do you have any numbers to back up what you are posting? Dragy times or 1/4 mile time slips to show an improvement from a larger exhaust. I f so I for one would like to them. Before and after only would mean some thing.

Welcome to the Explorer ST Forum, please post an introduction

Welcome to the forum. If your Explorer has the one bolt rear differential you might want to consider either the AWR or ID Speed rear brace. https://store.awrracing.com/2020-ford-explorer-st-differential-mount/ https://idspeedshop.com/id-speed-2020-explorer-st-rear-diff-brace/ Both are well...

The "Space GhoST" has lost its powers....

13.1 V is on the high side. Normal should be about 12.5 V. Did you test it right after removing your charger? I would test it after about a hour after unhooking it.

    fuel mileage

Highway driving I'll get 23/24 MPG. High of 25 MPG but not often. Short drives it will drop to around 20 MPG.

The "Space GhoST" has lost its powers....

Mine's pretty much the same. I plan to just keep an eye on it and hook the charger up every so often. When the weather warms up a bit need to figure out a way to run a plug out the front so I don't need to pop the hood to do that.

Dealer visit and request for warranty work expectations?

Heated steering wheel and window switches should be warranty no problem. The headlights I guessing they will say it's normal. Have seen others with that and it wasn't warranty. The engine noise I have no idea. All you can do is ask them. If it's only on cold start that means you would need to...

    Directional Indicator tone

    A hearing aid might help.

So I get this recall message today…..

That message doesn't tell you much. I haven't got one like that. Keep us posted.

    That's what I did.

    Intake system

AFE seems to be a popular choice, https://afepower.com/afe-power-50-70076r-momentum-gt-cold-air-intake-system-w-pro-5r-filters It won't void the warranty unless Ford can prove it caused the failure.

    UNBROKEN’s Iconic Silver ST build

Pretty sure they do. I think they are also used to mount the bench seat.

FYI - if you're warranty shopping

I know mine is legit. I can pull it up on Ford Pass any time. Just make sure it's a Ford Extended warranty. I'm quite sure Flood Ford is good to as I've seen many posts recommending them.

FYI - if you're warranty shopping

Try checking with some of the suggested dealers as they often have better pricing. I got mine from Two Rivers Ford in TN.

    Door keypad issue

You should be able to. But that is assuming you have it handy.

    Chrome on window switches

I've never seen one. If your under 3/36 it's warranty.
