Since Ford started charging for the map update I didn't bother with it. Well yesterday I noticed my Explorer was doing an OTA update. My map version is now 2.22 so it looks like I got it for free now. First time it has done an OTA update.

Is your Explorer out of 4 wheel drive?

Try sending an email to Thermal with that picture. They should be able to answer that.

Have you checked your ESP to see if it states that electrical is covered? Might be worth taking a look.

Try adding Intelligent 4WD to your display screen. That way you see how much power is being sent to the front and rear wheels. You could try switching it in and out of slippery mode also. That mode sends the most power to the front wheels.

It looks like you opened the SyncMyRide folder. You should have 3 files. SyncMyRide autoinstall Dontindx.msa Should work from there.
