Nope, haven't figured it out yet, and both rear doors are making noise as I drive now. It sounds like when adhesive letting loose (best way I can think to describe it). It's really annoying.

Yup, this is exactly the behavior. I've never tried turning the climate off and then back on. I'll try and see if it does the same thing. Not using Auto, manually setting the fan speed to 1. And speed 1 is the only setting it does that on.

Hey All, When I am running the air (I always have airflow going) and have the fan speed set to level 1, the amount of airflow isn't consistent at all. At times it will be almost no airflow, then for a few seconds it will feel like it's on level 2 or 3, then back to almost nothing. Before...

Same here, the one that goes over the intake tube is the one that is rather snug for me as well. Updated with a photo.

The install was easy, however I do find that one of the hoses is rather tight, maybe they had a batch where the hose wasn't the correct length. One hose was fine, the other not so much and I'd have to look again to remember which it was.
