Did you install the 2.5" or 3"? If it was the 3", how is it at highway speed, any drone or too loud?

Thanks for the info! I'm still undecided as to which system to get. I love the start up and rev sound of the 3" but I'm worried about highway cruising. Don't get me wrong, I have a magnaflow system on my 95 tbird and love it and it's loud, but I don't take it on the highway much. Also...

So how is the 3" system as far as drone? Is it zero drone like the 2.5" system even at highway speeds? I'm about to order the thermal system but am trying to decide on the 2.5" or the 3". I definitely don't want any drone at highway speeds as I'm on the highway a lot.

Thermal is sounding better now. Hopefully I can return the Magnaflow without getting stuck paying shipping. Did magnaflow say the resonators they sent you would fix the issue or do you think they were trying to appease you?

I know this is subjective, but on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst, how bad would you say the drone is? I can deal with a little, just don't want a lot on the highway. I'm also considering Thermal R&D but have always loved the deep magnaflow tone. How is the Thermal sound compared...

So does anyone know if magnaflow fixed the 65-70 mph drone? I'm on the highway routinely and don't want the drone. I love magnaflow and have their exhaust on my 2011 expedition and 1995 tbird and those are great. I just purchased the kit for my ST and have now been reading about the drone...
