Just talked to Ford again, getting some run around now about the parts have been released but they arent going to drop ship them and they wont have them till the 29th of this month... some sort of nonsense to that effect. Pretty well over it. Anyone else heard anything?

Yep, same here, it started out as not holding the dark setting and its just snowballed into all sorts of other stuff. Ridiculous that Ford cant get this figured out. I'm glad im not alone though, I guess the more of us it happens to the more likely it is something will get done.

Yeah I'm with you man, this is probably the final straw for me between that and the infotainment/backup camera issues Ford still can't seem to fix. I'll probably be trading it in as soon as I get back... Not sure on what yet but with no warranty I don't think I want to hang onto it that much longer.

Mines at the dealer right now for a catalytic convertor issue, asked if they could fix it while it was there, got the same story. Crazy after 3 years of production they can't figure it out. My Sync has lost all its memory functions as well, every time I restart the truck I have to set everything...

I did fix it, that does not negate the fact that Ford is still responsible to fix their own **** up when not everyone who owns one of these will have the ability to fix this problem... as I said, OE's need to stop using supply chains, the pandemic, and covid as an excuse for putting out shotty...

I work in the industry too, im so sick of everyone using the supply chain as a crutch for half assed vehicles and half assed service. Its an excuse and its getting old. OE's can fix the problems, they dont want to, their still making money and their doing it cheaper than ever and charging...
