That's funny! No NASCAR but have been pushed by a CHP when out of gas before.

Mine feels like a "bumper tap" from the rear from another car. The best way I can describe what happens on mine. To this day when it happens in my ST I still look around to make sure I wasn't hit. Very annoying to say the least.

I have had the valve body and solenoid replaced on mine as well. So far it has not solved my transmission problems. I go back to my dealership on Monday for another scan and report.

I would get the same confusing results in my old explorer (2017). I constantly ran that one down to 1-5 miles of empty and the amounts it would take to fill it always varied by 1-2 gallons. Done. 53...turning 54 in a month. I started out wrenching and modifying VW's with a lowered '78 Toyota truck as a parts hauler. I miss those days. MUCH simpler times.

I'm with you. I put a lot of miles on mine too. 70 miles roundtrip on my daily commute alone not including the running around during the day. Couldn't be happier with the ST.

The ST is definitely smoother in Normal mode. I will give it that. But love the shifting in Sport mode. Can stay away from it. Thanks for all of the feedback!
