Steeda vs H&R vs Eibach decision

Interesting. Now I'm leaning towards H&R. I also read somewhere that Eibachs bottom out on bump stops on STs. How's ride comfort between 2 in your opinion?

Steeda vs H&R vs Eibach decision

Hey Looking at 3 options for lowering springs: 1. Steeda - smallest amount of drop (about 1.25"), stiffest of 3, good for weight handling/towing 2. Eibach - medium drop (1.3-1.6), softest of 3, keeps somewhat of a rake 3. H&R - lowest drop (1.6-1.75), medium stiffness, best handling, no rake. Is...

    Need advice on lowering springs

How long did you have them on? I've heard that eibachs settle way passed their advertised drop. Any thoughts on that? How's the ride quality? I have ridden in my friends st with steedas and the ride was way too rough for my taste. H&Rs suppose to be not as stiff. Ty

    Need advice on lowering springs

Hi, I'm looking to buy H&R lowering springs for my 24 ST. I had HRs on most of my cars and was always happy with them except for my '01 audi s4 (way too stiff). 1. In your experiences what is the settled height of the springs (settled drop)? I see that some people say that it doesn't settle as...

Opinions On A/S Tires From Northern Folks

I used to have Prada spec x on my awd charger and they did not handle snow well at all. Acceleration and moving under power was not an issue at all, however, stopping was non existent. The only performance tire that I ever liked in the s ow was continental dws 6 plus that was on my previous...

That looks really nice! My wife's previous car was bmw x5m with staggered setup and I loved the way it looked.

    22" staggered setup thoughts?

Thank you. I'm just not a fan of super wide tires in the front. My other option was 295/40 all around, but there aren't many tire choices.

    22" staggered setup thoughts?

My friend has 305/40/22 on his and rubs at full turn both sides in the front. Also, I had some big tires on my f150 325s all around and ended up replacing power steering twice. Once under warranty, second time - myself. Just want to make sure that 315 with +40 will clear rear shock. Thank you

    22" staggered setup thoughts?

Will +40 rub on the shock. Want to keep wheels in line with fenders as much as possible. Maybe even a little tuck

    22" staggered setup thoughts?

I'm looking to upgrade stock 21s for 22s. I'm not a fan of super wide tire in the front therefore looking to go with staggered setup. What are your thoughts on the following setup: Front: 22x9 25mm offset, 275/40R22 Rear: 22x10.5 40mm offset, 315/35R22 Tires are identical in diameter. Will I...
