    Just had a friendly run with a Trailblazer SS today, was waiting at the light to get onto the highway and a guy pulls up next to me and starts checking out my Explorer. Light turns green and the guy floors it trying to overtake me onto the highway, so I punched it as well. Easily passed him up...

    Thanks for the feedback and I agree it's a lifesaver. My dealer wanted $3k to install that system afterwards but I declined.

    Your average MPG will get better as you drive it. Mine has been around 15mpg, but I've been mainly doing city driving.

    Dealers can normally do a firmware upgrade for you. On my previous Fords, I would ask them to do it when I get an oil change. They don't normally charge for the update but ask first anyways.

    You can see how different it shifts by driving it in manual mode and letting it auto upshift as opposed to D.
