Anyone else noticed how the Explorer ST likes to skip gears because of the factory skip gear logic?

Saw something in a video about it going from 1st to 3rd, 3rd to 5th, etc. That's crazy!

Is there a way to see what gear your in? Without using paddles and override. My raptor showed gear with selector on.

There's no way to see what gear you're in.
