    Timberline Skid plate

Hey regarding the trans pan clearance, I have a PPE pan which is about a quarter in lower than oem. Would there be enough clearance for the skid plate?

    2021 ST JDM

Do you know if the tuner can just change the vehicle id/ strategy number for a small fee? Also thank for the info on the X4 pricing.

    AFe vs S&B

If you’re not going to do any other mods you should skip the intake. But I highly highly recommend you atleast do an intercooler whether you want to tune or not. A catch can would also be a very good mod to have.

    2021 ST JDM

I did use it, I ran it for about 6 months. I got it before Cobb announced an accessport for the st. I recently picked up the accessport because it’s more user friendly to me, my other car is an Sti so I’m just used to the interface. Anyway I got the accessport for the st and a new tune for it...

    2021 ST JDM

Jdm engine Jdm is pretty good, the owner used his own vehicle to develop their tunes and has successfully run it on his st for 80k miles without any issues. They have been tuning fords for a long time and get some great numbers and performance on the raptors, and mustangs. I have an sct x4 that...

Thermal 3" Catback with Stock Downpipes, then CVFab Downpipes after?

Got it, volume wise the at is a very quiet vehicle modded or not, it I will say with the 2.5 you will probably get was less drone from the downpipes. I only notice the drone going up hill on my 3in.

Thermal 3" Catback with Stock Downpipes, then CVFab Downpipes after?

Why the 2.5 if you don’t mind me asking? The 3in for me was pretty darn quiet, I added the downpipes a week later and it’s about as loud as I thought the 3in alone would be. For a point of reference the 3in turbo back on the st,is like 75 % as loud as my 21 sti with a 3in catback.

Thermal 3" Catback with Stock Downpipes, then CVFab Downpipes after?

Yes the thermal 3in mates up perfectly to the Cvf downpipes. They fit together pretty darn snug so you may need alil elbow grease. I will say no way in hell is the pipe gonna work its way loose like the oem downpipe to aftermarket midpipe will as the Cvf doesn’t have the little nub on it so...

    S&B coming soon

My wife and I installed ours, it took longer than anticipated lol. Probably 2 hours start to finish as getting the drivers side pipe off and on the turbo took longer than expected. It definitely looks great in the engine bay thing is massive. Sad to say you cannot hear it whatsoever though. That...

    Which set of Downpipes?

Honestly they can absolutely deny a claim on your power train from the high flow downpipe. I had my local dealer install mine but yeah it can definitely affect warranty. The engines on these are very stout, it’s the electronic and transmission that have issues. So the electronic would still be...

    Which set of Downpipes?

I believe the Gesi cats you can get for a large expense are epa approved the rest are technically illegal yes, hence why they say off-road/ track use only. Luckily where I live we don’t have smog, so I threw some Cvf ones on and they’re a blast.

Low end torque loss after Intercooler and Down Pipes

When I was going through the process of modding the wife’s ST, the tuner I was working with jdm engineering, told me of the pros and cons of the downpipes. They said in their experience adding the downpipes on these cars, does result in some low end tq loss however they gain more high end power...

    S&B coming soon

Update, my intake is out for delivery today, originally ordered 10/11. Looks like they may be catching up with production.

    Downpipe volume increase?

I started with the 3 in thermal and while it sounded good was kinda disappointed by how quiet it was especially with the Feng turned off. I’m all honesty it sounded better with the Feng in my opinion just more of a full sound. I ordered some Cvf downpipes 3 weeks after adding the thermal. I had...

    S&B coming soon

I ordered mine on 10/11, after the first couple of weeks I started calling once a week. Throughout this hole time they have told me they had manufacturing issues or supply shortages and 50 people in line. A couple weeks ago they told me hey we’re just waiting on 1 piece of your kit and we will...

    New exhaust smell?

Yeah, my wife asked the same thing after I put the 3 in thermal on hers, And it did smell horrible regular driving takes forever to get rid of it. I was able to get rid of it in a a day or two. Switch to manual and go heat up the exhaust do some spirited driving and get the revs up there near...
