BIG brakes for our Explorers, this time affordable

Same size. I have Steeda springs. Wanted a little taller sidewall than a 30 or 35 for a slightly softer ride. The Michelins are light years better than the oem Pirellis IMO. Really happy with them so far. Looking good! Sucks trying to keep clean in winter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How many miles did you put on your original breaks?

That’s pretty darn good for mileage for sure. A lot depends on the driver. My wife barely gets 30k out of her various Mercedes over the years. I tend to get reasonably good mileage out of brakes. Curious what I get out of the BBK. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Transmission Flush & Fill

Those are nice. I lost the use of my two post lift a couple years ago and bought a Quickjack 7000 on sale at Costco. It works well for use in a garage or driveway! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Transmission Flush & Fill

No doubt makes things a lot easier! When young I did plenty of driveway work (gravel) before graduating to some jack stands. Been fortunate the past 25 years to have had access to lifts and all the tools I could use. I hate having to rely on other people working on my car. Sent from my iPhone...
