You would be holding the plant and the dealer at a higher standard than they deserve. Expecting others to do their job they are paid to do is an unfortunate dying trend. The old saying that if you want something done right, then do it yourself, has never meant so much than in todays world.

Not THE top selling brand in the US. Ford is below GM & Toyota in the US. I don't accept that being a big company, higher quality issues should be expected. Amongst many reasons for Ford's issues, I blame unions the most. I've been in many, many auto plants and it makes you just shake your head...

When you're #1 in recalls and #1 in warranty claims for multiple years running, you have more issues than the others.

$60K + and brand new but not a real issue.. WTF. Yeah, its a F'ing issue not many, if any, would just let go.
