2. The vehicle does not need to be running to update. Just need to have the ignition on. I've done it that way a number of times.

Proper tire rotation done often enough will keep tire wear even. I have mine rotated at 5000 mile intervals.

1. Are you sure your touching the lock button and not the unlock button? 2. To update with a USB the ignition must be on. And it can talk a couple minutes for the update to start. 3. No audio update that I'm aware of. Hope it works and if not keep asking. Good luck.

I update mine using a USB. Turn it on but I don't start it. That has worked for me a number of times. If you try to update OTA I think you need to check for updates while running and then once it starts you can shut it off. I have not been able to do it that way so I could be wrong. Good luck.

When I had the recall done it was software update only. And then they decided they have no fix. [confused]

If it tested 12.59V right after charging that is not much drop after 12 hours.

Since using the BatterfyMinder on mine the ASS has been working like it should. Been close to a month now so it appears to have repaired the battery. Will be using it again soon.
