What the OLM ("oil life monitor") tells you or sooner is just fine. Zero penalty for earlier oil changes (except of course for cash spent). My dealer specifically recommends 5,000 mile intervals and FORD's warranty department will have absolutely no issue with that.

Well, think of it this way: 95% of ST's seem to have the 21", so we have the rare model ST replacing the 4 OEM 20" tires will cost you $1,105 versus $1,456 for the OEM 21"

I just called the dealer's Parts Dept. They said the Ford Performance sill plate is part of that entire trim piece and costs $191.00 EACH and has to be ordered (4-5 days). They said if I want it installed through the dealer's Body Shop I'd have to stop by and they would write me an estimate...

If people use Top Tier fuel, then the chances of getting excessive carbon buildup will probably be greatly reduced. FYI: The ST's tail pipe tips will never get sooty, as the exhaust actually exits out of holes facing the ground just before the tips.
