What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Yep, I can see that it is working correctly, it's just not loud and I'm ok with that.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

I finally got around to installing the CVFab cold side pipe & TurboSmart GenV RacePort BOV. I can't hear it over the exhaust, but I'm sure its doing something.

    Adaptive CC

The wife's telluride ACC is hands down a better system all together. Ive used it on multiple trips and around town and was never nervous with it doing the driving on the highway or in heavy traffic. It will even change lanes for you (if the lane is open) just by hitting the turn signal.

    Adaptive CC

The programming on the adaptive in stop and go is way off, IMO. I've found that with vehicles that sit higher, the computer wants to get waaaay to close for my comfort, like it cant see the back of the vehicle, but is measuring the distance to the tires/axle. If the vehicle is pulling a low...

    Copilot-360/Adaptive Cruise Control vs. BlueCruise

Agreed. I've even had my ST try to follow the concrete joints in the road, not the lane markings. Makes for an exciting drive. On almost every drive, I end up shutting off the lane centering and just let it work the gas and brake.

    More boost, more fuel

Any decent dyno shop will calibrate the dyno to match the engine rpm based on the gear used for the pull, making the gear selected irrelevant. I was told by my tuner to dyno in 4th, the shop wanted to do 3rd, but I insisted because I was getting logs as well. Having the dyno done in 4th will...

    More boost, more fuel

No, it wont make quite a bit less in 7th. The fuel and air requirements of the engine dont care what gear you are in.

    Parking Brake Fault

    No, I did not.

    More boost, more fuel

I made 508/496 on the 93 tune in 4th gear.

    O2 Sensors?

It looks like some sort of anti-sieze was put on the threads. The upper o2 sensors had a protective cap over the threads, so the inside of the bag was not a mess like the lower o2 sensors were.

    O2 Sensors?

Take a look at RockAuto. I got a new set of 4 motorcraft o2 sensors and it was less expensive than any Ford site.

    FENFAB V2 ordering ?

Yea, mine was a 6 week wait as well

    New Warning Display?

I've had that happen before and it ended up being a P0234 overboost condition. I ended up clearing the code and no issues after that.

    Parking Brake Fault

I've had that same fault pop up while driving, twice. Both times when I stopped, I set the parking brake then released it. The error went away both times. I've disconnected both parking brake connectors and connected them back again. Have not had the error in 3 months.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

I got the turbos, injectors and HPFP installed. Currently working on logs for the 93 tune.

    More boost, more fuel

Well, the install went fine and after priming the fuel, she fired right up. Currently running 93 and getting logs for Goosetuned. After the 93 tune is finalized then moving on to E85. The ST already feels stronger than the E50 tune I had, but it might just be in my head, as I dont have any...

    More boost, more fuel

I dropped my ST off today to get the Stage 5 turbos and Stage 3 injectors installed. Once these are in, I think I'm "done" for a while. Well, until I break something anyways. LOL

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

I didn't get pictures, but I had the RSA Stage 1 transmission installed. I'll give it a couple weeks before getting the Stage 5's & Nostrum goodies installed.
