    Clunking when engaging gears

    Definitely a click in there than mine doesn't have. something I'd get checked out while under warranty. Lets hope for a u-joint or something minor.

    Paint Problems

    It's sad that this kind of stuff ever leaves Chicago Assembly. Any paint defect could have been resolved there. I had a couple of issues with my paint also, but decided the fix would be worse than the problem. Good luck getting yours fixed.

    Welcome to the forum. I've always used Motorcraft filters and fluids with excellent results. I just had a dealership break one off in me for maintenance on my F150. Won't do that again.

    My machine faced 20's barrels were about half powder coated from the factory . I think they figure no one cleans them.

    Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you might have a little wiggle room on the price considering the cleanliness and the mileage. Don't be afraid to walk if it don't feel right. Ford dealer or private lot?

    With everything that went on last year, travel bans, lockdowns, etc I can't imagine that they wouldn't find a way to accommodate you. Call them personally and ask.
