Rusty Half Shafts on 5 Day Old New 2024 ST

Most new car customers never look under their vehicle, much less worry about an unpainted part. I'm guessing those shafts are a vendor part, supplied to Ford, and the company saves a dollar a piece by not having them painted. Keeps the base cost of the vehicle down, and the company makes more...

    Coolant Recovery Cap

Found nothing by searching for this. I've never had the cap off of the recovery tank. Antifreeze was at the min mark cold. I could get it to turn a couple rounds but no more. (turned hard) Short of busting the tank, it's not coming off. Anyone else have this issue?

Looks good. Glad you went the body shop route. It would have bugged you if you hadn't.

    My ST died today

Glad that’s all it was. A year or so ago, our ST drained the battery overnight. Took the battery out and to the dealer. After a quick charge, they said it was fine. Couldn’t find out why the vehicle did what it did. Been fine ever since.

Current Average time to replace rear Diff under warranty?

You are correct about the "Squeaky Wheel". Gets people talking at the right levels. I wonder if the differential is a vendor part or Ford manufactured? Good luck with your repairs.

These are from Sam's Club. Not a bad buy for 24 towels and they're nice and soft.

Driver side seat control Panel - Replacement P/N

So, It turns out my panel wasn't broken. When the tech replaced it, he missed the top tab. It was being held in place until...the front panel broke. Re-installed the side panel (correctly) and Meguivered the front panel in place. I added the lever pic to show the controls can be popped off with...
