Well, so much for any Spring 2022 update to existing SYNC3 systems, this update path died fast. Now Farley is laying off 8000 employees, SYNC3 is dead in the water. Using SYNC4 on 2022 F150 at work its significantly improved since I last used it.

I would recommend people give the Adams products a go. I normally use the Chemical Bros products or Turtle Wax but this time I tried the Adams Graphene Ceramic Shampoo with the Adam's Graphene Ceramic Spray coating and the gloss is amazing. Not expensive either...

Finally got a finished product, the Red ST Logo needs some more paint because its shrinking and cracking when it dries but thats only cosmetic. Surprisingly the vibration of the stiff ST suspension isn't transferred too much and you can actually use the phone in the holder.

Tried Resin printer, the gray one is Resin......and a solid fill on the black one. Red paint kind of stained the Resin 3D version. Still cleaning them up but they are getting better.

What about extending the 3D printed base higher in the "Cup"....flush with top of console to give it more stability?

That's exactly what I was thinking of doing but I was concerned about two issues. 1. Will the inserted base move around or Teeter/Totter back and forth as the vehicle moves? 2. How do you transition from the 3D printed base to a phone holder?
