The center panel can be installed in the lower position. If you can see the spare it is missing. If you can't then it is in there.

I went down that road and decided to drop it. Every thing I'm seeing now the fix should be the next SYNC update. Not sure when it will be but the last I heard maybe close to the end of summer.

I have the OEM for 1st and 2nd row. Fit great and so far are holding up well. Went with the Smart Liner for the cargo mat and it fits great.

Ford has a TSB for that fix. Your dealer should do that for you. The # is TSB 20-2220

That does look great. But I drove my neighbors Ram yesterday and it's not much different than the ST. Just a little larger due to the bigger screen that it has.

Check to see if travel Link is working. That has been the biggest issue that I am aware of.

I was running 21020. This update took it to 21098. The 2 times I used it today Travel Link worked. But I did see where a person with an Expedition the Travel Link did not work for them. So this might not be the fix that we need.

Just found out that the new OTA download should be 21098. Hope it solves the issues that 21020 created.

There is a new OTA update this morning. Just started downloading it so no idea yet what it is.

Here's a copy of the 2020 Explorer manual. The 2021 might be a little different. Right now the Ford Owners site isn't giving access to download them. You might try it to see if it works for you. Hope it helps while your waiting on your ST.

That's not even close to the recommended oils. Front and rear both are to use multi-weight synthetic oils. Different specs also for front and rear. It's all in the owners manual.

For the 2020 Explorer the specs are on pages 400 and 401 of the owners manual. I don't know the pages if you have a 2021.
