    I have heard that is a good kit if you are into doing it yourself. I did an old C4 transmission but it was pretty simple. I’m not sure I would attempt it myself on a 10R60. Lots more complicated if you are not a transmission guy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    You should use the interval you are most comfortable with. I change mine every 5k simply because I romp on it somewhat regularly. I think it is mildly over maintaining. My previous vehicle, 2500 HD Denali diesel I changed every 9-10k but I also ran oil analysis to come up with that number...
