The problem is with the oil pump baffling on the oem pan. Hard cornering can starve the oil pump. Overfilling helps mitigate this. Adding another oil pump is not practical. So long as you are not adding more than 1/2qt or so, it’s only raising the oil level 1/4” or so. With the deeper pan, the...
