Ok, thank you, then my seam is slightly damaged, it has a split in the seam on one side. Either they should change the jack design or change the mounting points.

Sad, it shouldn't be this way, they should be more professional since they are all getting paid from our hard earned money. They should be putting more effort in to it.

I guess they must be selling ST's like hot cakes, else why would a dealer not negotiate at all. That is crazy. One of the members on this Forum shared a link where Ford Explorer's sales has increased by 87% (yeah 87%) so I guess they have the new attitude because of that.
