New AFE rear sway bar & Eibach lower springs creak (video)

It does. Some people apparently still have issues though. Maybe it’s only those of us who are paying someone else to do it and they’re just not doing it well enough.

Updated FORScan sheet for 2020-24 Ford Explorer (All Trims)

Can we get codes for the ability to disable PDC (pull drift compensation) and adjust EPAS (electric power assisted steering). I’d really love to change the steering settings to comfort so I can maneuver this thing easier and not always need 2 hands on the wheel to turn this thing. That’d be...

Explorer ST vs. Other 2024 SUVs - Mazda & Toyota

Im pretty sure also they didn’t actually use the Turbo S model Mazda, which means they were using the base model engine with lower tune. Turbo S would’ve been much closer to the Grand Highlander Hybrid Max. The Hybrid (PHEV) Mazda CX-90 is also slightly faster 0-60 AND quarter mile than the...

New AFE rear sway bar & Eibach lower springs creak (video)

Had a shop install AFE rear sway on mine too and it creaked to high heavens. They claim to of greased it but I’m guessing not well enough. Over time it went away. AFE will provide you more grease. Another solution is to buy “moog problem solver bushings” as they are a hybrid rubber/synthetic...

    Rear Sway Bar End Links

Thanks for the input, I’m inclined to take your word for it rather than dumping more money on something that may end up not working out better than oem.

    Rear Sway Bar End Links

You don't suggest adjustable end links even if the car is lowered? I hear everywhere that its necessary for optimal sway bar performance and removing the preload inflicted on the car from lowering the vehicle.

JXB DIff Insert x Steeda’s Diff Brace

Interesting. I was about to pull the trigger on these but do not want any increase in NVH. Hopefully we can get some other people to sound off with their experience. I have a one bolt car. I wonder why the two bolt car would have worse NVH, that’s not so clear to me.

    Steeda sub frame bushing kit

As someone who is planning on buying this set and installing soon, I’d love it if someone who has done this already (I know there are many) would comment on your issue..

BC Racing BR Series Coilovers (2020-2024 Explorer ST) - E-48-BR

I wish someone knowledgeable would answer your question. I’m in the same boat. Recently hit 60k miles, already had to replace rear shocks TWICE due to leaking fluid. I know the front ones are worn and should be changed out soon. I’m looking at Steeda springs but they’re over $500 after shipping...

    Steeda Lowering Springs & Swaybar

How are your springs holding up? Nobody else is able to use Steeda springs without them rusting over in less than 2 years. I’m wanting to get Steeda springs for my ST because they’re the right height, everything else too low, but I don’t want to deal with them getting rusted over in less than 2...

New wheels/tires installed today. Not a bad looking wheel/tire combination. Quite affordable as well.

Thank you captain obvious.. I’m aware. My whole reason for the comment was to state a fun fact about how they’ve gone up in price by about 100%. 4 1/2 years isn’t long enough to justify that kind of price increase. But I was only informing others interested in the wheels. I was interested in...

New wheels/tires installed today. Not a bad looking wheel/tire combination. Quite affordable as well.

Y’all know how much these wheels retail for now? At this very moment RTR says they’re on “sale” for $460, with original price at $540. That’s quite some “inflation”. Even before tariffs (which, why rtr is importing materials is beyond me) they were priced in the high $300s to low $400s. How you...

Widest front and rear rim and tires

What offset were you running though? I found a pair of 20x10.5s I’m debating running with some 285/50r20s that have a +45 offset. Wanting to know if those will fit in the front and not come in contact with anything. If that won’t work I’ll just be going with a set of 20x9.5 +33. (Also curious...

    Steering Question

I’ve been having this problem since I got my ST 2 years ago. I HATE IT. I don’t use any of the assist features but the steering feel is MUCH TOO heavy. Can’t stand it, actually have it causing wrist issues. The STs were given artificially heavier steering feel because apparently some people like...

    Transmission/Shifting Stall !!!!!!!

I’m sure this has been answered by now being over 4 years old. But it’s how the vehicle is made unfortunately. I’ve experienced it multiple times, it’s dangerously deadly. Doesn’t happen in sport mode for me, only normal and eco, and eco is SIGNIFICANTLY worse. I’m talking over a full second...

Ford Performance Tune released for Ranger and Bronco Raptor variants just dropped and its WAY better than the one for our Exploders...

I'm aware of ZFG and ultimately will go with it, but wanted to rock the FP tune until out of warranty. I have that, plus intake and intercooler currently. That's a different topic though but I appreciate your insight/suggestions nonetheless. And the "new" 3.5 makes up to 440hp/510lb-ft from...

Ford Performance Tune released for Ranger and Bronco Raptor variants just dropped and its WAY better than the one for our Exploders...

So, title ^, what gives? All vehicles are performance oriented with the same 3.0L twin turbo ecoboost engine right? Why do these vehicles get a boost to 455hp and 536lb-ft of torque while we're limited to 430hp and 467 lb-ft? Obviously there are some differences between gearing and driveshafts...

SLD For sale$1000 NEW PRICE like New Borla Explorer ST S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust - Black Chrome Houston, TEXAS

Funny, that was the only change I made and it’s what I experienced. Do you have a suggestion for why my vehicle was slower then? It had noticeably lethargic acceleration after the install. And install was done by an exhaust shop and it sounded great. So not sure the install was the problem. I’m...
