I have a Nextbase 622 from my prior car, thinking about getting something smaller without a display since there’s such a big annoying piece of plastic around the rear view mirror.

My app on the phone was acting weird for a few days. I closed it along with other apps and rebooted my phone. Seems to work fine but the points portion takes a while. I just tried it and had to close the app then open and it worked.

Picked up mine a week ago today, points were in by Monday afternoon.

Salesman said it was due to price sold and trade in… blah blah.
