The car will not do anything to hurt itself. If it can’t rev as high as the gear requires it will deny the shift. You won’t have to worry about any accidental shifting.

Charge pipes are worth it, and intake will gain minimal gains from that. I would just say charge pipes right now. To me I’d find a good set of wheels before anything. Those stock tires are way too small and offset is too inset.

You don’t need a tune on any modification you do to the car it just won’t be worth it until you tune but it seems like you will. Downpipes won’t trigger any codes so tuning won’t be needed. Welcome to the forum!

I am unsure of the model but the transfer case is clutched based so it is impossible to have flat towing capability.

Our cars are not able to be flat towed ever because of thr AWD system.
