    No alternator output at idle?

FireDemon, was your fix still holding. I have been noticing lately my voltages fluctuating wildly... going as low as 11.9V. I suspect my BMS is failing. When I unplug it voltages are in 13.8-14.4V range. At least I know my alternator is good. Will probably replace the BMS next...

    Headlights stay on??

anything blocking the light sensor that is sitting on top of the dash in the middle? Weird quirks like these might benefit from pulling the negative terminal of the battery for a few minutes and letting everything reboot.

    HELP! FP Tune issue

That is smart as hell. Kudos to you for playing it safe. Once you have the software on your desktop and communicating properly with your ProCal, you have nothing to worry about for future updates. On my Livernois (apparently same device), it updates the desktop software and device firmware...

    HELP! FP Tune issue

Well, there are some good reasons to have the stock tune. Like when you want to tow. Honestly, this whole dealer installed stipulation for warranty is stupid for a device and software that is intended for the end-user.

Driver power seat does not work

Try pulling the negative terminal of the battery for a few minutes. Sometimes these modules just need a good reboot. If you have a MY2020, there is also a driver seat module firmware update.

    Blown Transmission

If I were you, I'd look up every transmission related TSB and see which one could fit the bill. If this is a transmission failure outside of known issues, there is a good chance they will blame the tune. Then again, Ford has had problems with their 10 speeds across multiple lines... maybe they...

Subframe bushing braces and billet vertical links.

My order of effectiveness: 1. RSB, 2. Lowering springs, 3. PIU struts/shocks, 4. subframe bushings inserts.

Starting in on the wife's ST...need some help planning a "mild" build.

You don't need a rear diff support kit for MY2020. I'd get the Steeda subframe bushing insert set instead though.

Lowering Springs: Lethal, Eibach, Steeda, H&R PROS and CONS

No, have not received them yet. I guess it's being drop shipped but no info from Lethal.

    BCM Reflash/Reset

Those are a lot of different modules. I can tell you some may have been corrected in firmware updates but others, like the seat no longer heating, just sound like they are broken. Sounds like also you have electrical gremlins that have nothing to do with firmware updates. There were some...

    BCM Reflash/Reset

You can not just request procedures to be done under warranty. You can relay symptoms and hope that they do what you want. Not sure what you would say is wrong for them to lookup to see if updated BCM firmware is available and would solve the problem. I've found on a number of occasions that...

    265/70/17 fit?

I don't think 17" wheels will fit on an Aviator... only as small as 18"

    6 Faults and AWD Module

None of your codes match the speed sensor TSB codes (C0633, C00A6:07).

    6 Faults and AWD Module

You have a LOT of codes there. When I had the half-shaft speed sensor fail, it was just one code that specifically listed the half-shaft speed sensor. I think you have more going on there. You might have the AWD Module or something else going on.

Lowering Springs: Lethal, Eibach, Steeda, H&R PROS and CONS

Well, when I was putting on my winter tire set the other day, I noticed one of my rear Steeda springs was severely corroded--not just surface rust! So much so that I am questioning whether it is safe. I sprayed it heavily with black Fluid Film (maybe I should have taken pictures first) and...

    Radar Detector

Escort is probably still the king but I really love my R7. My wife has the Escort Max360C. I prefer the colorful Uniden display and the arrows are a lot more visible. I don't think you can go wrong with the newer R8.

    ST Module Software Updates

Just looking at your list, I would guess it would take 2-3 hours to do--but who knows what your dealer will quote you. Being a MY2021, they would also need to check if your front axle hub actuator has an electrical harness to update the AWD module. Sometime in MY2021, they replaced the axle...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Here's an interesting thread from the mustang world: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/do-the-billet-rear-upright-vertical-links-actually-do-anything-for-us-or-what.41705/

    FDRS for module updates

Hey, if it isn't broke don't fix it! I had issues with the APIM GPS pickup, parasitic power drain leading to multiple deep sleeps, shifting that was herky jerky at times, a liftgate that would open at inappropriate times, multiple codes using Forscan diagnostic scans at random times...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

What do you mean "This is definitely an improvement..."? Is it a difference you can really feel? Pretty obvious just by looking at it and seeing the Steeda video that it stiffens the link but does it really help? The Steeda video shows some moderate torque applied to the link and seeing the...
