    Yes, I had mine installed professionally because I didn't have the garage to do it myself. I def know how long of a process it entails. The clunk I hear comes from underneath the passenger side, closer to the front suspension.

    You're getting that low speed passenger side clunk too? I thought it may be something that my mechanic left loose when he installed turbos and downpipes. He had to drop the subframe for that. If you find what that is, please inform us and I will do the same if I track my clunk down.

    These guys sound like a bad joke! If anyone should ascertain the proper starter for this vehicle, it should be the stealership! I would also make a case that the coolant tube broke when the Explorer was in "their" possession. That 10 day ETA better be because of a backorder. No way the repair...

    They're all a bunch of ripoffs! Every time I even go "near" a ford stealership it hurts. The answers they give you and their total ineptness to the mechanics of their own product is an insult to your intelligence! "I" could get a tech job there and outclass their mechanics on the first day...
