    2025 Oil Capacity

It’s not overfilling, just by OEM specs. Perfectly fine for these cars. What’s worse for drivetrain longevity is oil starvation.

Also looking to trade my stock 21s for 22s or 20s.

    2025 Oil Capacity

Well that’s a given, but your right.

    Blow off valves?

I’ll put this to bed right now. Fenfsb has not said they’ve updated to the 2025 cold side, they still use the older connection styles. So if you get a aftermarket cold side charge pipe you need an aftermarket intercooler and hot side charge pipes.

    2025 Oil Capacity

That’s a really hard spot to get to for dent repair. Hard to say, just demand they to fix it and have professional repair it.

    2025 Oil Capacity

It should be 6.5 quarts, just have them put 6.5 no matter what build date you have, you can and should anyway.

    Carroll Shelby CS10 (20x9.5, 37mm offset)

Nothing unsafe about those as long as they’re not too big. I’m actually very curious to see how these look. When are you getting wheels mounted?

    Roof rail delete fitment

    Pretty much average prices.

    Carroll Shelby CS10 (20x9.5, 37mm offset)

Well that would make it +30 offset but it wouldn’t make it near flush at all.

Just purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer ST

That’s a good place to start. Exhausts don’t help power but they do sound good. Here’s an article that should help you get started: http://explorerstenthusiasts.com/2025/07/12/want-to-start-modding-your-explorer-st-heres-where-to-start/

Any exhaust that is between stock and thermal 2.5 sound levels?

The AWE is a lot deeper sounding, but is quite a bit louder. The Thermal 2.5” is the quietest exhaust out there.

New (To Me) 2020 ST-- With issues already.

No reason to keep going back to them unless something goes outside that warranty, just go to your local dealer.

Wheels/Tires, Am I good to go?

The Aodhans are rotary forged and cost half that price. Everything looks good with that you have there but I’d just get the Aodhans, the Niches are expensive cast heavy wheels.

New (To Me) 2020 ST-- With issues already.

Is there any Ford dealer near you? Or is the place you bought it from the closest one? I’d take it back to the dealer if it’s still getting those codes, as long as your within that warranty timeline and mileage it should be covered.

    Running too cool. Stuck tstat?

It’s fine for the car to be running there, it’s abnormal for stock T stat but I wouldn’t worry about it.

    2026 Order banks open!

You can usually talk the dealers down quite a bit from MSRP, only rebates from Ford would be normal First Responder/Military discounts and the financing offer.
