Now to tune my new 3” exhaust tone. Trail and error … adding two ultra quiets tomorrow.

No worries. As many ppl said they’d buy it just for looks. But Adam has told me personally great gains under a tune which I have. So to each their own. Running logs this week to revise the tune.

Added 2 ultra quiets as mufflers to the 3” set up. Killed the drone and rasp at once. Nice growl with a nice little hint of turbo spool at the end.

This video is pre Ultra Quiet. Actually loved the sound while in park but under load it was very raspy like a straight pipe raptor (terrible) so added the UQs and lost the crackle :/

I’m sure they will break in some. No video of post UQ yet. And of course listening on a phone does not do justice.

Hard to hear with the other sounds in the video however what I could hear sounds awesome!
Reminds me of the Borla Atak a bit.

It sounds like S type (lil cleaner sound) now with the UQ which is what I was going for but in 3” piping.

I’ll get some videos this weekend.

Thank you sir. Having the S Type and ATAK before, this sounds pretty close but a little more tuned and hearing the turbos spools thru the exhaust is a plus.

Yeah i have the Atak with spd dp`s and changed out the mid resonator and had a custom x pipe made and it opened it right up so you can hear the turbo spool however the drone is insane.
The overall exhaust note is also insanely loud so I went back to the resonator...for now lol.
Once winter goes by I might put the x pipe back in so the morning cold starts wont be so brutal.

I can deal with a little drone but the rasp is/was obnoxious. Yeah cold starts were loud. I could hardly hear the BOV. All good now.

Got the retrofit kit in but…. There is no room for the T valve with the new intake fitting. It’s twice as long.







Going to see about a shorter fitting on the awe.

Did you do this to avoid drilling the right side aFe intake tube for the WOT hose on the UPR? It seems the only place to put that hole is front/top and I really don't want to drill a hole there.
