I used the 1-1/16" socket, worked fine. Used the K&N filter and I did change the O Rings and the OEM ones had black on them, maybe paint?

Pretty easy to do the oil change today. Oil filter access easy from the engine bay. Only 1871 miles and very dirty as others have mentioned. I wanted to get good full synthetic oil in before winter. Thanks everyone for your help and comments.

Has anyone done their own oil change yet? Any tips on the new style oil filter/cartridge remove and replace process? Tools needed? How difficult to access filter?

I may be overthinking this but I see a line tracing from the bottom hole where the HN2 Nut is traced from the top of the sensor bracket 14C022. I don't have that HN2 nut and I don't want to take the chance of messing with the sensor bracket by drilling the hole and putting in the rivet. Who...
