I put JXB insert in my 1 (3) bolt setup. No NVH. I’ve had it with the AWR brace, no issues. But in all honesty you should get an opinion from someone who has the two bolt setup, they seem to be experiencing different things. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.

The oem bolts are just fine, especially with the JXB inserts. They’re meant to flex more. The larger more rigid bolt is more likely to crack or emit NVH. But in all honesty, I’ve heard there’s been a good chunk of people who have had NVH with the JXB inserts on the two bolt setup, I am unsure...

You think you can go up 2 whole aspect sizes? You can for sure run a 275/55r20, I’m doing that right now, you won’t manage anything bigger than that. Maybe a 275/50r21 would work for you.

Did you ever get yours sorted out? I took mine in multiple times for this and they never claimed to find anything. Is that really just how these vehicles are? Lol. Just banging around gears is totally normal apparently.
