2025 Explorer ST - Getting Emission Sensor Error after CVFab Down Pipes

Got the new extensions put in. They are shorter than the ones supplied. Can be installed and removed without taking the cats off of the turbos. Worked fantastic. Have several thousand miles on them and no more codes.

2025 Explorer ST Experience is live

Thanks. When I was up there and we returned to the hotel. A couple of the other attendees wanted to find out why my ST sounded different. Then they saw the 3” Thermals.

Are they going to give the badges to owners that went to the experience that did not receive them?

I just got back from Asheville. Had a blast. Amazed what ST can do. Every owner needs to attend the Experience.

2025 Explorer ST O2 Sensor Extensions - CVFab Down Pipes

I have ordered new extensions, defoulers or whatever you want to call them that are shorter than the extensions that cvf supplied. The extensions that they provided me cannot be removed without disconnecting the cat from the turbo because they are too long and hit the frame. I have the new...

Problem, can’t take the...

2025 Explorer ST - Getting Emission Sensor Error after CVFab Down Pipes

Bought the ST to tour and can’t until I get this figured out. My shop is 30’ x 31’, two lifts and air conditioned. I’m no rookie. Just waited for my inverted torx wrenches to come in to take these things off. Going to start shopping for different brands since you can’t talk with tech support and...

2025 Explorer ST - Getting Emission Sensor Error after CVFab Down Pipes

I’ve had the same problem. CV Fab told me to take the extensions off, run the O2 sensors to get a rich code for 30 miles, delete the code and reinstall the O2 sensors and that “should” fix the problem. Problem… Due to injuries I had a mechanic install the downpipes. Two mechanics have said they...

Illuminated engine light, one time flashing engine light. Idle fine, faster than anything I’ve had in the recent past. CV Fab told me to remove the O2 spacers reinstall the sensors, drive it for 30 miles to obtain a rich code then reinstall the spacers ( after deleting the code) and it “should”...
