I replaced the driver's seat trim valence. Ordered it on Monday, and it showed up today. I pulled it off and traded the old for the new. This is supposed to be the re-engineered piece. I wish I could tell you that I saw the difference. Unlike most others on the forum, I knew exactly when mine broke. I had the car on ramps and had a much longer step down than when I normally get out. Putting the additional pressure on the seat bolster popped it.

Nice work. You do you. I love seeing what people do to personalize there cars across all formats. Doesn't mean that I will do it to my vehicle, but sparks inspiration and garners appreciation for making it their own. Shit, I wanna see someone put Swangaz and Vogues on their ST.

Though I do like my fair share of swangax and vogues to me I feel they should stay off certain vehicles. This RAPTOR grille on the ST does some interesting.

Another day at the dealer - Called 8/2 for an appointment to get the mirror switch looked at and multiple warnings about the cross-traffic, backup assist, blind-spot monitoring. Appointment set for 8/24 at 0800. Showed up at 0800 - no record of the appointment. Not the first time they've "lost" an appointment.

Call from service "advisor" yesterday: "We got the mirror switch replaced, but the warnings may be the instrument cluster, need more diagnostic time..."

Not that I that don't like the Mustang, but dang - the ST is so much fun to drive.

Just had mine replaced at the dealer under warranty. I have also looked at the 2022"s and they do not have the plastic trim piece this runs along the front of the seat like the 2020's.

Took it to the shop last Wednesday for a broken mirror control switch and the cross-traffic, blind spot and reverse brake assist systems having a panic attack on every start-up. All seemed to work, just the warnings went off. Anyway, the dealer just called - the mirror switch is fixed, but the guy who changes out instrument clusters is backed up. They somehow "lost" the appointment I made August 2nd so they're having to work me in.

I need the ST to tow my trailer later this week. Hope I get it back Wednesday. I like driving the Mustang, but it has limited practicality.

Alignment came out good after spring install. My wife informed me I only got one of the settings right when installing springs.

After a couple nice drives with the Steeda springs I am pleased. First off my wife commented on the better look but she couldn't tell a difference commuting to work in the ride. I feel like it rides smoother overall with much better handling, steering response, grip and stopping power. I like the ~1" drop as any lower would require a lot more work that I don't want to do.
So after mbrp axle backs, blacked out everything but red calipers (thinking about it), and springs, I will probably do an intake and be happy with my wife's work ride lol. 0CC2DAD8-06EB-4045-8DB1-CE4C342E81B3.jpeg

I got five boxes out of my garage this weekend:
Mishimoto IC (1 big box)
Thermal R&D 3" Exhaust (2 big boxes)
AWR diff mount
Steeda Rear Sway Bar

It started raining shortly after this pic, so I didn't get any pics of the finished exhaust, but here's the swaybar, diff support, and partially installed exhaust.

I still have a set of Steeda springs to install, but that might wait until after winter.
