Ricer ???

Not sure which STs you heard but i haven't heard any that sound "ricer" . I remember my old Integra with a Weapon R muffler and it doesn't sound anything like that . Yes , they are not a V8 and will never sound like one but i think "ricer" is not really the correct term . Why even swap out exhaust tips ? To me , swapping tips and not do anything else is like rebadging your C250 with AMG badges because you bought floor mats . Of course , it's your vehicle and you are more than welcome to do what you want ;)
Let’s see...I believe this post is titled “Has anyone changed exhaust tips?” So rather than trying to sound like the expert, maybe rethink your statement.;)

Let's see.....I believe I posted a pic of my exhaust tips that I also changed out which I think would be relevant to this thread . ;)

I changed mine out because I also changed the exhaust , which lead into me commenting on your "ricer" description . Remember , I was only commenting on what you posted . I guess if the title is “Has anyone changed exhaust tips?” , you could have left the "ricer" comment out and maybe rethink your statement .

Never said I was an expert anywhere in any of my posts....nor will I ever claim to be one .

Here ya go, install cost more than the parts lol. They need to do a bit of fabrication to get them on and spaced, I paid 200 for install.

Hi I purchased the same exhaust tips. Thanks for the info. They are huge in person !! Are these slid over the stubs left from the stock exhaust tips or is there an additional adapter pipe installed ? How long was the stub of the original exhaust tips left after the tips were cut off? Can you take a photo or two from the lower side looking up at the exhaust tip area (looking into the exhaust tip close up) to see what was done regarding making the transition from one pipe size to the other?

I can't speak to the handy work of getting them put on, my exhaust guy did it but here are a couple photos I snapped if that helps!

3 1/2” powder coated tips. Staying with stock mufflers. The back end gets dirtier and I can really see the vapor swirling around back there when it’s cold as compared to the stock hidden dump downs. 166B7C78-0C68-4D6D-8C35-4D0A695032AE.jpeg 92E1ABFF-2455-4F32-A6FC-F2C8D16BE18A.jpeg 0BFD90AD-2026-4A05-B687-03A779B3F07D.jpeg

Do you have a link to these? Are they 3.5" or 4"? They look great!
Thanks! Tips are 4” and they were just some flared chrome tips that my local shop carries. I had the tips stagger too.

Decided I couldn’t look at the stock exhaust tips anymore! Bought these tips for $19.99 each off Amazon, and my local muffler shop installed in an hour for $75! I am more than happy with how they turned out.

I just purchased a used 2020 and saw this post. I went out and checked my exhaust tips. Black Borla. I think they came with it. Correct?

Check the mufflers. If they’re shiny you have a Borla exhaust.
