Ticking noise

hello i was wondering if anyone can help, ive taken it to the dealer 3 times and according to them they cant produce the noise even though ive showed them videos . its a weird ticking noise come from the driver side when driving. here is a video of the noise . any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like plastic creaking inside the car. Is the noise outside the car, inside, engine bay?

hey thanks for replying, its only in the inside of the car as far as i can tell, doesnt do it all the time just here and there i feel like its coming from under the steering wheel area

It is the cheap under shield, you need new fasteners.
