@Dale5403 : DO NOT BE SORRY!!! There are longtime Republicans and numerous Democrats here in CA that hate him for what he has done to this state. DO NOT BE SORRY!!!
Thank you. I don't want to upset people here and thought i might have,
I promise he will not get my vote.
BTW, I am complaining because regular gas here has gone up to 3.19

Yep. I don't let any of mine get below half a tank. 93 Octane in mine. It went up from 3.50 to 3.90 in 3 days time. 3 of mine run on regular, the other 3 take premium.
My wife has a '24 CRV. Boring to drive but runs on 87 and gets almost 40 MPG. Been using that lately when I need to make a drive. ST is sitting at 19 MPG. My right foot might be to blame for that.
Our other (2) two cars are "Tree Huggers" of the Toyota variety. My 100,200 mile 2017 Prius V (station wagon) gets about the same MPG as your wife's Honda and both of ours cars run on 87 oct. Not sure if I will ever get any super distance mileage with my ST but have met a Taxi Guy in LVN and an Uber at Disneyland whose Prius V cars both had well over 300,000 driving miles on them. I am pretty sure her Honda will do the same.
