There is a shop here that specializes in fox body mustangs. He is a former designer at Ford Motor. I approached him with what I wanted to do, he took the specs I asked for made the CAD drawing and had his supplier manufacture them.
Those look sweet, I love the look of OEM wheels. I did some thing similar on my first ST. I always liked the look of the factory 22's on the 13-14 edge sport so when I found a set already powdercoated in black, I had to get them. I had the hub bore opened up to fit the ExST because the second gen edge used a 63.4mm hub bore and out ST's use 70.5mm. I still have the wheels, when my 21" tires need replaced, I'm going to put new tires on the 22's and run them again.

@I Bleed Ford Blue: Yes I agree on using OEM FORD stuff. Silver powder coat would also work great with certain body color types like white, black or the red ST's.
