Some have said that it drones, other said it hasn’t. I’m curious about this too.

I had Gibson on my 21 and I loved it! I didn't notice any drone, it is loud on cold days until it warms up. It has a great sound and is not intrusive in the cabin.

I had one on my 25. I thought it was a great setup. You could hear it on cold startup but it tamed down to almost nothing when running. Really could not hear it inside the cabin at all, only minor when romping on it. No drone at all. I actually ended up selling it because it was not enough sound for me. I ended up with an AWE 3". Tip size on the Gibson was 4" duals and looked good instead of the stock size.
