Anyone using one of the Valvebody Upgrades out there?

Been seeing a few videos, etc on the 10R60/80 transmission valvebodies. Sounds like the GM and Ford transmissions are very similar and share some of the same potential problems.
Sonnax and NextGen Drivetrain kits are the (2) best known I think. Big difference in price and approach. Does anyone have any opinions, data, or experience around the need and/or benefit of these upgrade kits?
Thanks!

Suncoast is the go to around here, from what I can gather. There are some obvious gains with a built valve body, but you wouldn’t see a huge difference until you build the rest of the transmission.

Thanks. I did see Suncoast also. It looks like they just re-sell the Sonnax parts as far as I can tell. I am not interested in "performance" so much...mostly reliability over time. Having read the stories here and other places, it seems prudent to upgrade from what I'm seeing. Just trying to square that with others experience.

Well reliability wise it wouldn’t change. These trannys are fine as long as you keep up on normal maintenance and make sure tranny fluid is filled at the correct level.
