Engine not turning over

Engine will not turn over at all. Could this be the fuel pump recall?

No. A bad fuel pump will not stop and engine from turning over. Stop it from starting? Yes, but not stop it from turning over.

If the car is not turning over that’s not a fuel pump issue. Are the accessories coming on?

no not on ford pass or my zfg access port

When I had a fuel pump issue, the starter would crank but engine wouldn't start.

The question regarding ZFG Access port is because ZFG doesn't use Access port. The statement about the starter was separate.

No, ZFG uses HP Tuners for their tuning devices, and doesn’t use the Cobb AccessPort.
